My name is Laura Ferraris, wedding planner of the agency Party4All. I personally follow all stages of the organization of the wedding, I can be the right arm of bride and groom for the realization of their dreams.
My passion for weddings comes from my own marriage and years of experience in the organization of events. I know how stressful it can be to organize a day that brings with it such a huge load of expectations and excitement, and it can be hard to stay calm and relaxed in case of an unexpected event. That’s why a professional like me will give you security and peace of mind.
The months leading up to the event are full of commitments and decisions. Bride and groom will receive an impotant help if they choose a wedding planner, an expert who can advise and guide them in the jungle of availble options as for suppliers, location, invitations, bouquet and party favors.

I know the territory and I have contacts with many professionl suppliers who can provide accurate services, in line with your expectations. The working method – what can a wedding planner do
On the base of customers’ demands I elaborate an image plan, an estimate and a planning of the event; then I follow the spouses in the bureaucratic formalities for the civil, religious or symbolic ceremony.
I accompany the couple in the choice of the wedding venue and of the accommodation for guests.
I select with them the suppliers for the event: catering, florist, photographer, video maker, entertainer for children, deejay, musicians, artists for the entertainment.
I assist the bride in the choice of the bouquet, the hairdressing salon, the make-up artist for her and the guests.
During the banquet I take care of the coordination of the suppliers and of the assistance to the guests, so that everything is set up and realized as the bride and groom want.
“White table” and favors, magic moments with fireworks, video messages, lantern or led balloons launch are elements that can help making your wedding even more special, and can be part of my job for the couple.
